We provide a full range of implementation services to make sure the software you purchase meets your needs.  This starts with understanding your needs and configuring it to your needs while helping you tailor your processes to take advantage of barcode and computer software technology.  We install the software on your server or mount it on our secure web server.  As browser software, it is easy for your IT professionals to administer it on your servers and painless,  if mounted on ours.  On your network we integrate seamlessly with Active Directory.

We can help with a full range of consultative and implementation planning to make large, complex installations flow smoothly, advising you on best practices based on our experience in managing stockrooms, warehouses, property and evidence rooms, and digital repositories.

Our practice is to provide training for intensive users and training of trainers for other users.  We can also arrange training for newly assigned intensive users, either on-site or via the Web.
