Extended Security Option

With the addition of the Extended Security Option, Evidence TraQ allows you to prevent any user, even one who is authorized, from viewing individual item records and/or specific fields within these records which he or she has no reason to see.

The time to process an incoming or outgoing item can take four to five minutes. QueTel recognized this and built a number of features into Evidence TraQ to make the entry of the first item on a list or ticket a one-minute job. Additional items take half of that. In a few seconds, you can check items in and out either directly through the personal computer or by using a handheld bar code scanner.
